Calmoxve specializes in the online retail of residential and commercial lighting fixtures and supporting accessories. All products sold on our website are intended for end-user personal use only. Any unauthorized bulk resale, commercial distribution, rental, or modification of our products for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website and services after updates confirms your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Age & Eligibility

To place an order and complete a transaction on our website, you must be at least 18 years old or reach the legal age of majority in your resident jurisdiction. You confirm that all personal information, billing information, and shipping information you submit is true, accurate, valid, and complete.

3. Account Rules & User Obligations

When you register a user account on our website, you are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including username and password. You are fully liable for all orders, operations, and behaviors conducted under your account.

You agree to immediately notify our support team of any unauthorized account login, information leakage, or security abnormalities. We are not responsible for losses caused by your improper account management.

Users are prohibited from using the website for fraud, malicious attacks, data scraping, fake order generation, and any behaviors that damage our website operation and legitimate rights and interests.

4. Product Information, Pricing & Inventory

We endeavor to ensure that all product pictures, descriptions, parameters, sizes, functions, prices, and inventory information displayed on the website are accurate. Slight color difference, minor parameter deviation, or product batch upgrade adjustment may exist due to screen resolution differences and manufacturer updates, which do not constitute product quality problems.

All displayed prices are denominated in US Dollars (USD), excluding international shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and additional handling fees unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust product prices and inventory status in real time according to market changes.

In case of obvious system pricing errors or display anomalies, we reserve the right to cancel unshipped orders and provide full refunds, without additional compensation.

5. Order Confirmation & Payment Rules

Your submission of an online order is regarded as a purchase application. We retain the final right of order acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to insufficient inventory, payment verification failure, suspected fraudulent transactions, abnormal order data, and regional sales restrictions.

All payments must be completed through our official encrypted payment channels. You authorize us to deduct corresponding fees through your bound payment method. We will not bear any risk loss caused by third-party unauthorized payment operations.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk Transfer

We will arrange product shipment within the official processing cycle after your order payment is confirmed. All delivery times are estimated values, which may be delayed due to logistics peak periods, bad weather, customs clearance inspection, international transportation obstacles and other force majeure factors.

Once the goods are handed over to the official logistics carrier, the ownership and transportation risk of the products shall be transferred to you. We are not liable for logistics delays, package loss or damage caused by third-party carriers and uncontrollable factors.

7. Return, Refund & Warranty Terms

All return and refund behaviors are subject to our official Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms as supplementary clauses. Custom-made products, personalized products, final sale goods and specified non-returnable items do not support standard return and refund services.

We provide official quality warranty services for conventional lighting products. The warranty does not cover artificial damage, improper installation and use, unauthorized disassembly and modification, normal wear and aging, and damage caused by force majeure.

8. Intellectual Property Protection

All website content, including but not limited to texts, pictures, videos, logos, graphic designs, code layouts and copywriting, is protected by US copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

No user may copy, reproduce, modify, disseminate, commercially use or steal any of our intellectual property content without our written official authorization. We reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities for all infringement behaviors.

11. Limitation of Liability

Calmoxve shall not be liable for any indirect loss, incidental loss, consequential loss and punitive damages caused by your use of products and services, including but not limited to property loss, economic loss and personal injury caused by user improper operation, unauthorized modification and human error.

Our maximum compensation liability for any order dispute shall not exceed the total actual payment amount of the corresponding order.

12. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access, order service and after-sales qualification at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behaviors, or damage our brand reputation and legitimate rights and interests.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, excluding conflict of law principles. All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the judicial jurisdiction of Los Angeles County, California.
