All orders are processed, verified, inspected, and packed within 1–2 weeks after payment confirmation. Processing time excludes weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on non-business days will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We provide standard shipping service for all domestic orders. Estimated delivery time is 4 weeks after order processing is completed. Delivery time is an estimated timeframe and may vary slightly due to carrier transit conditions, weather, or peak shipping seasons.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Policy

Calmoxve offers completely free standard shipping for all United States domestic orders.

There is no minimum order value, no spending threshold, no weight fees, and no hidden delivery charges. All orders shipped to U.S. addresses automatically qualify for free shipping.

US Domestic Shipping: 100% free standard shipping for all orders with no minimum purchase required.
International Shipping: We currently do not support international shipping. Our shipping service is valid only for addresses located within the United States.

4. Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

We only ship to valid residential and commercial addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or any overseas territories.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with an official tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier system.

6. Shipping Delays

All delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Minor delays may occur due to carrier congestion, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons. Calmoxve is not liable for third-party logistics delays.
